EXILES ACADEMY
Philosophy
The Exiles Academy is the highest level of the Club’s Mini’s Program. The Academy is focused exclusively on player development through the use of top quality age appropriate technical training with a low player to coach ratio in a year around setting. Although the Academy will also feature a limited number of games, these games, including tournament play, will also focus exclusively on player development and gaining a love and appreciation for the game. Academy game results will be treated as completely irrelevant and all Academy players will be given as much playing time as possible in game situations. The Academy does not interfere with AYSO and we encourage our players to continue to play in their AYSO leagues. For more information about the Exiles Academy please contact:
